there is topaz on that cap, but i can’t remember the exact settings that i used. try something like;
clean: 0, 0.68, 14
edges: 3, 2.13, 0
texture: 0, 1, 2
make sure it’s on cartooned and then if you think it’s too much for your image, just lower the opacity of that layer. hope that helps! - cayley
